  3. In the same position, the head should be lifted upwards.

  1. Lower the heel. Exhale slowly and relax the hands. The arms can hang down or the chest can be held in a squatting position.
  2. Breathe in again and raise the arms and heels. Then you should return to the previous position. The hands can be raised by curling the fingers.
